RSA Archer Business Analyst (Contract)

Were looking for an experienced RSA Archer Business Analyst to support enterprise‑level Integrated Risk Management (IRM) initiatives for a global customer. This fully remote contract role is ideal for a strong functional Archer expert who excels at stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, and solution validation.

Role Overview

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Archer IRM implementations
• Translate business requirements into user stories in collaboration with Solution Architects
• Test Archer IRM configurations and customizations to ensure alignment with business needs
• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts
• Identify defects, track issues, and coordinate resolution with development teams
• Build automation and integrations using Archer Web Services APIs
• Prepare release notes and functional documentation

What You Bring

• 3+ years experience with RSA Archer (Business Analyst or Developer background)
• Strong understanding of Archer platform architecture and IRM modules
• Proven experience in Risk, Compliance, and Incident Management use cases
• Hands‑on experience with Archer APIs, data feeds, and workflows
• RSA Archer Certified Administrator or Professional (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and align to CET hours

Nice to Have

• Strong stakeholder management and objection‑handling skills
• Archer Expert Certification
• Experience administering and supporting Archer IRM platforms
• Knowledge of scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python)
• Exposure to Archer on‑prem and cloud deployments
• Experience in security, risk, or financial services environments
